ORDER STATUS

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an informative email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION in which you will find the shipping number that can be used to check online the delivery status of your package. Tracking via this number is activated after approximately 2 working days after shipment confirmation.

There are three ways to KNOW WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS:

1. Through your account: Access the "My Account" section, enter the "Order Status" section, find the order in question and click on "Details", once you have opened the order details click on "Tracking" to be able to directly access the courier's website where you will see the current status of the delivery.
2. Via the Shipping Confirmation email: in the shipping confirmation email you can check the delivery status of your order by clicking on the "Tracking" link.
3. Via the courier's website: on the courier's website, enter only the ID code for the customer package (found in the shipping confirmation e-mail) and click on "Search" to see the current delivery status.
