Returns and Refunds
If you have made a return, the refund will be made within ten working days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier.
How to make a return:
You have 7 days to return for free. Log in to your account, click on "My orders" and on the order you want to return.
For NON REGISTERED USER: send a return request to the following e-mail email@example.com indicating your order number and your general data, our customer service will respond quickly to organize the return.
If an item received is defective, you can proceed with a claim.
If after carrying out the return procedure in your account you decide to keep the goods this does not involve any additional expense, for unregistered users just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org

To return your items, make sure that the tag is still attached and that the product is intact.
The package you received is damaged?
If the courier delivered a damaged package to you, but the items are intact, you can use another box to make the return.
At the end of the online procedure, a PDF is created to be printed and placed on the order to be returned.
It is not possible to exchange items but you can return them for free and, if you wish, order them again.
If you paid for your order in cash you can choose between bank transfer or credit. 19:13 DRESSCODE.
Iban and BIC / SWIFT code are two bank details we need to refund you.
If after returning an item from your order you want to return others, you can do so within 7 days of delivery.
